Terms and Conditions

1. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months. Please refer to the voucher for the last date of registration.
2. The voucher would need to be activated prior to placing an order.
3. A customer can redeem only one voucher per mobile no, per house hold, per lifetime.
4. No two vouchers can be combined or registered, or booked on the same date.
5. This voucher entitles the user to get two regular-size pizzas (Veg or Non Veg).
6. An order request need to be made 2 days prior to the date the customer intends to utilize the services offered in the campaign.
7. Presentation of the voucher directly at any pizza joint will not be valid. The customer will need to make a booking 2 days prior on www.healthok.toprewards.in
8. Once the voucher has been activated & order is done, no orders can be cancelled & no refund will be made to the customer in any manner whatsoever.
9. The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
10. The activation and validity dates mentioned are final & will not be extended or modified, revalidated under any circumstances.
11. The offer is open to residents of India over 18 years of age (“participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Mankind Pharma, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
12. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-encashable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
13. In case of any misuse, reverse engineering, fraud, or disruption caused to the offer by any person, and if the same is identified, Mankind Parma and Kikoy Promotions shall have the right to deny participation or eligibility in the offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
14. In cases of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon either party. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances, and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations, including lockdown restrictions caused by the pandemic.
15. By participating in the program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse, or possession of the prize, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
16. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
17. The offer cannot be redeemed after the expiration of the offer period, and the participant agrees to waive the right of redemption on the date of the expiration of the offer period. No new unique code will be issued in the event of the original being stolen or lost by the claimant or receiver.
18. If the participant has registered himself with the DND of the telecom provider, has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested not to receive messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages. Mankind Pharma and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.
